A warm space to talk, understand, and heal.
Counselling, for me, begins with feeling heard. You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out—or even know exactly where to begin. My role is to offer a calm, respectful space where you can talk openly, make sense of what you’re feeling, and gently explore what may help.
“Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you—with compassion and practical support.”

You can come exactly as you are—confused, overwhelmed, hurt, hopeful, or simply looking for clarity.
Sometimes, Being Heard Is The First Step
A space where you can simply be yourself.
Life can feel heavy when there is no safe place to put your thoughts into words. You may be struggling with something you cannot quite explain, feeling disconnected in a relationship, watching your child struggle with big emotions, or simply trying to understand what has changed.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and talk about these things without fear of judgment.
I bring psychological knowledge and evidence-informed approaches into our work, while keeping the process personal and human. Together, we can understand what you are experiencing, explore the relationships and patterns around you, and find practical ways to cope, communicate, and move forward.
01 • Feel Heard
Speak openly in a calm, confidential setting without being rushed or judged.
02 • Understand Patterns
Gently untangle recurring thoughts, relationship cycles, and emotional triggers.

Common Questions
Questions you might be holding onto
What if I don’t know where to start or how to explain what I’m feeling?
That is completely okay—and far more common than you think. You don’t need a rehearsed speech or a neat label for what’s wrong. My job is to gently guide the conversation with thoughtful questions so we can make sense of things together at your pace.
Can I attend relationship or marriage counselling alone if my partner isn’t ready?
Yes, absolutely. Many clients begin relationship counselling on their own. Even when only one partner attends initially, understanding recurring relationship patterns, gaining emotional clarity, and changing how you communicate and set boundaries can create meaningful shifts in the dynamic at home.
How does child and adolescent counselling work? Are parents involved?
Children and teens open up best when they feel safe and respected, so I use child-friendly, developmentally appropriate, and activity-based tools rather than intimidating “talk therapy.” I balance private space for your child with regular parent consultations so we work together to support their growth at home and school.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no rigid lock-in contract. Some clients feel meaningful relief and practical clarity within 4 to 6 sessions around a specific challenge, while couples or individuals working through deeper, long-standing patterns choose to continue longer. We review your progress collaboratively, and you are always in control of your pace.
Is everything I share completely confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of ethical psychological practice. Nothing you share in individual or couple sessions is disclosed to family members, employers, or anyone else without your explicit permission (except in rare legal/safety emergencies where someone’s life is at immediate risk).
How can our school or company book a custom workshop?
Simply click the workshop inquiry button or message via WhatsApp with a brief note about your group (students, teachers, parents, or corporate teams), the topics you have in mind, and your preferred dates. We can then discuss a format that suits your group.
